Conditions of our tariff

Booking
A deposit of £50 per adult and £25 per child is required to secure your booking. This is non refundable, we therefore advise guests to take out there own holiday insurance. Payments may be made by debit or credit card - phone 01983 869000 or by cheque made payable to Luccombe Manor country House Hotel.

Cancellation
Cancellations will be liable for two thirds of the total tariff if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. Cancellations less than one week before arrival will be liable for the full holiday cost.

Arrival
Your accommodation is available from 2pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Guests may arrive before 2pm but their rooms may not be ready. Payment is required in full on arrival. No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
